Safe Gated Community, few minutes drive to the City Centre, one local pub and restaurant round the corner.

Occasionally, other people park in your allocated bay, instead of using visitors spaces. Flats near the gates can be noisy when taxis don't know how to get out and sit there honking their horn. A sign by the gate explaining how to get out would be useful
