I come to Cozumel several times a year... Have to see Dan and Casas Cozumel Realty.. I bought my first house from Dan and now I have 3 ... Newest by the airport. Can walk to my house!! It's cool .. Pool and all. I can be from Dallas in 2.5 hours.. Walk across the street and be at home in less than 2 hours.. Call Dan you will be glad you did..H

We have been coming to Cozumel for years and finally decided we needed to make the plunge and buy a second home. We met with Dan ( big guy from Minnesota) and he was great! He showed us a lot of properties and we finally found the perfect house. Matter a fact it was right down the street from a house he had sold earlier, we met with them and found they were from Memphis. We are from MIllington just outside of Memphis... Found new friends in Cozumel. Give Dan a call you can't go wrong.

Our experience with Casar and Dan from Casas Cozumel has been a very pleasant experience. We have purchased two houses in town and remodeled both with the help of Dan and his staff with translations and arrangements with the contractor. We would highly recommend Casas Cozumel Realty.

Two years ago I bought a house in Cozumel. I must say that Dan and his staff helped me every step of the way. I was nervous about buying in Mexico, as one should be. It was the first time we have invested in a second home and Mexico sounded kind of scary. But we fell in love with Cozumel as soon as we got off the plane from Houston. The airport is small easy to get around in. Dan had us to our hotel in minutes. Some r&r then a tour of the island. The water is so clear, the people are so friendly, the food is so delicious. Being on an island gives Cozumel a different feel than the mainland, the people here are all smiles, they seem happy. That makes you feel safe. Just about everyone here speaks English. Enough about Cozumel, Dan and Casas Realty helped us find a house that is perfect. The right price, everything we wanted in a house, the closing was fairly simple, need I say more. I would recommend Dan and Casas Cozumel Realty.

Wow this is the best real estate company in Cozumel. Just closed a house here with Dan. Love it! If you are looking for a house in Cozumel, this is THE place. Dan will pick you up at the airport, show you all the properties, really go out of his way. This happened just one week ago. A friend got sick in Akumal, was taken to the Playa del Carmen hospital. Dan went out of his way, went to Playa picked up my friend and brought him back to Cozumel where Doctors that he knew would take care of him. I am a Chiropractor in the US, you really don't know how important it is to have people that know where to help you find quality health care in Mexico. Believe me, I was there in Akumal....
