Excellent experience ! Je peux recommender ce Hertz sans hesitation. The car was like new, everyone at this location was friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly at check in. We drove to Italy and back...no problems whatsoever. Willy and his team do a fantastic job!

Our experience with Alexandra and the team in Tours was excellent. They were very professional, friendly and went out of their way to give us directions and support for our journey. We had the car for 10 days and the return was equally quick and efficient.

Worst car rental I have ever experienced. Miserable service and no appreciation of their customers. Was told to bring the car back "clean". I have rented cars from many companies across the world and I have never been charged any extras. I was charged €30 for cleaning and €90 for a 1cm mark on a plastic wheel hub cover.

Unhelpful and arrogant staff, extra charges of 15 euro that were not mentioned when we booked online. Return after closure is done at another location. Returning the car without a full tank will cost 150 Euro. If you do not take their full insurance, which is an additional 39 Euro, any damage to the car is 1000 euro. None of the above is mentioned when you book online, so their online prices cannot be trusted.
