I have seen Kathryn Reeves for both craniosacral therapy and for hypnotherapy and highly recommend her. For two years in a row I had Kathryn treat long term spinal stress that I had on my lower right side with craniosacral work. She treated me with gentle, intuitive, and accurate touch to the central nervous system. During treatment I fell into a deep rest right away. After treatment I seemed to hold the beneficial results from the craniosacral work for almost a year! I have a highly sensitive and reactive body and she handled it very well! The hypnotherapy is new to me this year and I automatically chose Kathryn as my practitioner because she is so trustworthy, kind and sensitive- yet she is also very strong and careful about the work that she does. Thus far I feel the hypnotherapy gave supportive and positive results and I seem to have let go of a lot of the stress I was holding go. Thank you Kathryn! From Ruth Dreier

Having lived a great deal of my past athletic life relying on various body workers to keep me going; I'm pretty picky about the quality of a masseuse. I was concerned about finding a good therapist where I live now. Kathryn is a wonderful find! She listens and is very intuitive about what your body needs. There were benefits from the first visit, and the improvements have continued to escalate with regular care. She is very skilled at addressing an individual's particular trouble areas, locating the source of tension and ironing out the knots. I highly recommend her!

I feel amazing right now. Just had my 2nd massage with Kathryn today. I told her my complaints, areas of pain and she focused on those areas completely. I am completely pain free now. Thank you Kathryn!

Kathryn is amazing in her technical skills and experience. I work with my hands with attention to small detail and find my shoulders up into my ears and Kathryn patiently takes each kink out and puts me back together again! The best!

I am 39 weeks pregnant and received a really great massage from Kathryn today. She was very professional, thoughtful, personable, and highly skilled. I have received a number of pregnancy massages as well as other types of massage and would highly recommend her. In particular, she has great hand strength, which is especially wonderful if you if you like a firm massage as I do (she seems really good a lighter touch too). I feel a lot less tense and weighed down. I almost never get around to writing reviews but found some time since she is clearly excellent and deserves it.
