Service was way too sparse and scatterbrained, fries sucked, pizza was ok. A half hour dinner took 90 minute FFS. Food was overpriced but welcome to niagara.

Had an amazing experience at this establishment, all thanks to Kirsten!!!
Firstly, on her own accord was able to up the shrimp allotment on my appetizer order, the drinks were flowing too. I later returned for a late night pizza, and she went to the back to get the cook to make 1 more for me... I appreciate the little touches + she is very easy on the eye. ;)

This place is one good option if you are visiting the Niagara Falls and do not want to end up having lunch in one of the expensive restaurants surrounding the area. Do not expect anything super fancy but quality is OK and price is fair.

July 2 2017: where do I begin???? Maybe ONE star is generous. Waiter: seemed like a nice guy.... but probably never got trained and was still on snooze mode. We asked about something on the menu and the answer was "I think......" Where we asked "can you please make sure". And he did. We ordered our drinks... had other questions about our meal and he had no idea but we found the answers on the menu. He returns 5 minutes later saying that the restaurant is very busy and the pizza will take at least 30 minutes.... We decide that it wasn't an issue..... literally 1 minute later he shows up with 2 of the 3 pizzas.... another waiter overheard us saying we didn't have utensils nor napkins and brought them to us. 5 minutes later we get another pizza... my husband was still waiting for his ribs and I then asked to speak to the Manager. My husband got his ribs 4 minutes later and the Manager was apparently aware we asked for her.... our pizzas were cold at this point and had not yet received our drinks. I got up went into the EMPTY restaurant and asked to speak to the Manager ... they weren't sure if she was still there 🤔🤔??? Went back to my table and the drinks had finally arrived. Pizza was cold and my husband's ribs we hard like a rock. The Manager finally arrived and asked "is there a problem here??".. and I asked her to repeat cause I couldn't believe how disinterested she was... I explained the situation and her reply was "I'm not surprised "... I'm thinking am I hearing right??? We decided to leave...

They could not care less....because we are tourists we won't be back....unfortunately for them reviews stay forever.

Brick oven pizza was great - we had a Hawaiian. Good service, comfy atmosphere. We were there at 8 pm ish on a Saturday night. We enjoyed it!
