We were looking for a souvenir shop for our kids to buy some little trinkets. I called and asked if this was an open shop. I was told yes, and there were lots of things for kids. We drove 20 minutes to find an industrial park. I called back to verify that I had the right address. The same woman answered and was very rude the second time. She told me that she needs to know where I'm located before she can help me with any information. That's fine. Had she said that the first time I called, I wouldn't have dragged my kids all the way there for nothing.
