The avis office in s´Hertogenbosch is in the middle of nowhere. When I wanted to pick up the car I had ordered, the guy was not in the office and I had to wait outside. He came 15 minutes too late without any excuse or Sorry. Further he did not understand any English. As there was no possibility to get any invoice, I have requested an invoice by e-mail, which I haven´t got until now. Well, the car was good, but the service....
