Really cant say anything bad about Bay Rentals in Cole Harbour. They treayed me fair on a problem that I had with a Stihl FS40 grass trimmer. The Stihl rep from NB is useless and treats you like a dummy. I am a Stihl customer for 40 years, and am mechanically inclined. DO NOT BUY ANY STIHL PRODUCTS. It seems that they have lost the quality that they were known for over the years. Ive owed weed eater products (junk) that lasted longer than my latest Stihl product. There are lots of choices out there for lawn and garden equipment. Echo and Husqvarna would be a much better choice. Good luck

I got a rental it work for my project. The price was more then I wanted but it was far cheaper then getting someone to do it.

Worst service ever, will never recommend to anyone.
Took my (Toro) lawnmower there for repair, only because they're close to home.
Their labour rate is $72.00 per hour, but since my machine isn't one they sell, they charged me $89.00 per hour.
What the hell is that about? It's a Briggs & Stratton engine. The same engine that Hudqvarna uses.
So, after paying their absolutely ridiculous labour rate, I get my mower back.
Mowed half of my yard, and the mower quits and won't restart...the same damn problem I took it in for.
Not to mention that when I went in, the guy behind the counter seemed perturbed that I interrupted his morning coffee, and when I picked the machine up, nobody seemed to be able to offer an explanation of what repairs had been done.
Needless to say, I will never be back.

Good place to rent or purchase gear you need (ie snowblower)
