The massage itself was technically perfect. All the knots were found and dealt with. 5/5. However the premises were not ideal. I've had massages by blind people in Saigon, KL and Siem Reap. In all cases, it was a separate room or at least a separate curtained off area, so you can be nude and it doesn't matter with a blind masseur. Here, there are 5 or 6 tables in one room, with seeing people coming in and out. So you have to wear their (clean) "pyjamas" which loses some of that freedom. Regardless of the signs to maintain silence, the masseurs and the clients chatted and joked together, which diminished the relaxation & ambience. So for me, the premises were 2/5, but that may not worry other clients. Helping a good cause regardless.

This is an important charity that should be supported but I suggest you don't go until the huge management deficiencies are rectified. I had the crudest and most unskilled massage I've ever had. The masseur pushed and shoved me around and simply lacked the skills to do it properly. One small example, whenever the masseur wanted to move my leg he would grab my big toe and swing my leg about - weird and unpleasant.

I paid for 90 minutes and got 65. The entire customer experience aspect (eg the front desk) was incompetent and thoughtless.

Management is mostly to blame because whoever is doing it is not ensuring that training and standards are being maintained. Remove them and get someone who will manage the place properly.

Excellent experience. This place trains blind people to massage for a living. Their massage skills are extremely good and attitude very professional. I assure you will be much better than any of the Khmer massage parlours on the Riverside. If you want to support local communities go here.
